FABB.ai offers both free and premium subscription plans. Users can sign up for our free plan without providing credit card details. Our app utilizes Google Authentication for login, ensuring we do not have access to your password.
All content created or uploaded by users remains their property. FABB.ai does not claim ownership of any user-generated content. However, by using the app, you grant us a license to host, store, and use such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services. All user-generated content is stored securely in a Firestore database and is considered private and confidential.
For any purchases made within FABB.ai, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You commit to promptly update your account and payment details, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, to facilitate successful transactions and communication. Applicable sales tax will be added as required. Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for purchases and any applicable fees. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after payment has been requested or received.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. Orders may be limited or cancelled at our discretion, including but not limited to, orders that appear to be from dealers, resellers, or distributors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FABB.ai assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party; and (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FABB.ai, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of FABB.ai; (2) your breach of these Terms and Conditions; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of FABB.ai with whom you connected via the platform. Despite the foregoing, FABB.ai reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. We will endeavor to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding that falls under this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
FABB.ai will maintain certain data that you transmit to the platform for the purpose of managing the performance of FABB.ai, as well as data relating to your use of the platform. While FABB.ai performs regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all the data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using FABB.ai. You agree that FABB.ai shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.
